    1. You could make the Jalapeno Casserole under Main Dish Recipes. OR I made Goulash last night that I will be posting next week. It is one pound turkey burger, 1 can corn, 1 can stewed tomatoes, 2 zucchinis, bell pepper, onion, garlic powder, pepper, 1 can spaghetti sauce, 6 cups whole wheat noodles. Just cook the noodles, ground the burger, saute the veggies and mix it all together!Super easy and takes maybe 20 minutes :).
