Here Are Your Ingredients:
1 Cup Enchilada Sauce (canned 8.5 oz.)
12 Oz. Green Chilies (canned diced)
1 Pound Pork Roast (lean)
¼ Cup Water
1 Cube Chicken Broth
Dice pork roast. Place all ingredients in crock pot and cook
for 4-6 hours on high until meat is tender. Served in tortilla or served plain
with a side salad and you have the perfect low calorie dinner! Let me know what you guys think!
