Hey ya'll I have missed you guys the past few days I hate not being able to blog- it it's a terrible addiction I've got. At least I can admit that I am a blogaholic. I know I am not alone out here though right? Hope you all had a great weekend! Yesterday I did this kick butt work out, when I say kick butt thats what I mean my butt is so sore today!

I went to Walmart and bought the tank top you are wearing in this picture. I hate to complain but it didnt look the same on me as it does on you! HA HA HA -- great pic of you -- you look awesome.
