Seeming how it's summer and everyone loves to BBQ in the summa here is a marinade you should give a try. Combine all ingredients and marinate for 3-6 hours. BBQ it up and you are all set! This is VERY healthy so I mean you could even grab a beer. This last weekend we went to Colorado to visit my hubby's fam and we learned a trick that I think I need to share! Squeeze a cherry tomato in a beer odd right?? Try it it's fab! Have any of you done this before?
Bon ABpetit!

DeleteMy Uncle does this to his chicken minus the apple cider vinegar, instead he adds banana ketchup. Set's aside a little marinade to brush when grilling.
ReplyDeleteYum!
I'm not a beer drinker but I'm sure my friends won't mind trying the cherry tomato. They're up for anything ;)
